SelahVox offers faith-centered journaling, Scripture, studies, companion tools, and Christian video discovery in the mobile app, subject to availability and applicable membership requirements. This public website provides information and support; its illustrated screens are examples. Web account access and premium web tools remain unavailable.
Companion and automatically translated content may contain mistakes. Review it before relying on it or sharing it. SelahVox reflections do not claim to speak for God and do not replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency help. You control the content you enter and the exports you share. Respect other people’s privacy and the rights of Scripture publishers, churches, and video creators.
Apple-billed subscriptions and purchase management follow the terms shown by Apple when you purchase. This website does not start a trial, accept payment, or create a membership. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel billing. Privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
SelahVox is a faith-based journaling and reflection experience offered by SelahVox Studios. These Terms & Conditions cover this public website and any web features expressly enabled here. Contact selahvoxstudios@gmail.com.
Read these terms with the Privacy Policy. You may browse public information and legal pages without an account. The native iOS app is a separate release with its own platform terms and disclosures. No premium web tools are opened by browsing this site.
2. Preview status and availability
The website provides an illustrated tour of SelahVox. Interactive journals, saved items, sermon tools, online sign-in, membership checkout, cloud synchronization, AI, and live YouTube features are not available in this web release. Web member access will require verified sign-in and an active membership or eligible trial before premium services are enabled.
Earlier website previews may have stored information locally. That information is not a cloud backup. This release does not silently delete or upload it. Use the data choices page for deletion or a local export of earlier preview data.
3. Eligibility and responsible account use
Future interactive web features are intended for adults age 18 and older. This website restriction does not change a native app store’s rating or establish parental consent for another service.
When account services are offered, use accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or access tokens to support.
4. Your journals, notes, and recordings
You retain ownership of content you create. You give SelahVox Studios only the permission reasonably needed to store, display, process, and deliver content for features you choose. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize us to publish your private journal.
Submit only content you have the right to use. Obtain any required permission before recording a speaker or uploading someone else’s words. A saved YouTube item is a reference to the original video, not a downloaded recording or ownership of that video.
5. Faith, AI, and personal decisions
SelahVox offers reflection, not professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial services. It does not replace a qualified professional, a trusted faith leader, or emergency assistance. AI-generated content, when available, may be incomplete or incorrect and is not a message from God. Read Scripture in context and make your own decisions.
No particular spiritual, health, financial, relationship, or other outcome is guaranteed. The website is not an emergency service, and support is not continuously monitored.
6. YouTube and Google services
SelahVox uses YouTube API Services in enabled Faith Feed features. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
YouTube content remains with its creators and other rights holders. YouTube or a creator may remove a video, restrict playback, or display advertising. Do not download or extract YouTube audio/video through SelahVox, obscure player branding or controls, bypass restrictions, or reuse another person’s material without authorization.

7. Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation
This public website does not sell subscriptions, collect payment details, or start a free trial. Viewing membership information does not authorize a charge. Native iOS pricing and eligibility are presented by Apple before purchase. No website membership is inferred from browser storage, URL parameters, or a client-supplied flag.
For an Apple-billed subscription, manage cancellation, renewal, and refund requests through Apple’s applicable process. Deleting a journal, uninstalling an app, or clearing website data does not itself cancel a paid subscription. Any future web checkout must disclose the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation method before you purchase.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service to threaten others, share unlawful material, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape restricted content, abuse APIs, or circumvent quotas or payment controls. Do not impersonate SelahVox Studios, YouTube, Google, a creator, or another user.
9. Our design and third-party materials
SelahVox’s name, original interface, artwork, and software are owned by SelahVox Studios or their licensors. Your permission is to use the service, not to resell or copy its original branding. Third-party images, Scripture translations, and videos remain subject to their own rights and terms. Scripture labeled WEB refers to the World English Bible.
10. Availability, responsibility, and your legal rights
To the extent allowed by applicable law, this website is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free service. Third-party content and access are controlled by the relevant provider. These terms do not override rights that applicable law gives you.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or takes away mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your right to participate in legal proceedings.
11. Ending use and changes to these terms
You can stop using the website at any time and use the controls on Data & account deletion to clear preview data or contact us about an account. Access may be restricted for misuse, security needs, or discontinuation of a feature.
We will update the date on this page when terms change. Material changes affecting interactive features will be presented for renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively authorize new uses of your information.
